Age Group (2-3 YEARS)

Playgroup (2-3 years) at Sacred Steps is an organized group care and socialization for children under five. The activities are to quench the inquisitive & exploring minds of these toddlers.

Age Group: 3 years To 4 Years

Teaching in a nursery class involves creating a stimulating environment, using play-based learning, and encouraging creativity and self-expression. Nursery class curriculum at Sacred Steps involves the followings:

• Play-based learning: Use hands-on learning activities.

Lower kindergarten Age Group 3 years To 4 years

Lower Kindergarten (LKG) is a transitional class between Nursery and Senior Kindergarten. It's a time when children develop essential skills and a foundation for formal school education. Here are some things that children learn in L KG at Sacred Steps, Play School:

• Language and math: Children focus on phonics, reading, spelling, writing, and numbers 
• Social skills: Children learn to cooperate, take turns, share, and listen to others 
• Curiosity: Children learn to spark and direct their curiosity and natural love of learning 
• Problem-solving: Children learn to organize information and solve problems 
• Confidence: Children develop confidence in their ability to tackle challenges 
• Physical activities: Children participate in physical activities to develop confidence, self-discipline, and team spirit 

LKG classrooms at Sacred Steps, Play School, are designed for active toddlers, and use learning centers and technology to engage children. Activities are often play-based and hands-on, and involve working in small groups.

UKG: 5 years to 6 Years

At Sacred Steps, the Kindergarten (UKG) curriculum ensures a smooth transition to formal schooling with meaningful and progressive learning experiences. Various activities are conducted in the areas of language, numbers, general knowledge, music, art in a planned manner throughout the program. The UKG program at Sacred Steps is exclusively designed to teach kids about formal education. The curriculum in this program ensures a smooth transition to formal schooling with meaningful learning and progressive experiences.

Throughout the program, various other activities are conducted in the areas of language, general knowledge, numbers, art and music in a well-planned manner.
